How do I change or cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at asifsadiq488@gmail.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours will no longer be allowed as the order enters processing.

*Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at asifsadiq488@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot revise the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 4-6 business days to be generated. If you have not received your tracking number within 6 business days, kindly send us an email at asifsadiq488@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Dragons Bags with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

How long does delivery take?

Processing usually takes 4 to 6 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 7-15 business days for the United States, and 18-24 business days for other countries. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order via email at asifsadiq488@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of the cancellation or return approval.
